OK now have implemented flipcard to category selection.

there should be four layers:
1. category -- gridview -- flip
2. drama -- listview -- slide (with drama poster on top)
3. season -- listview -- slide (with drama poster on top)
4. series

each of them should be in one-to-many relationship with the below layer.
